Web MIDI Composers

Welcome to the Web MIDI Composers page

  • WMC provides you with a huge link list to MIDI composers on the net. Most of the links will take you to the MIDI pages, all of them providing excellent original music! If you’re a composer and want to be listed here, please mail IMP, only giving your artist name and preferably the URL to your Midi listing page.
  • Remember to bookmark this page as new composers are discovered and listed on WMC.
  • You will need a GM/GS/XG sound module or a wavetable soundcard to take full advantage of the music found on these pages.
  • From time to time there will be new artists selected as featured composers on WMC.

Alastor of FAE is in reality the Swedish composer Fredrik Pettersson. He’s got some great synth/techno/dance tunes on his page loaded with cool graphics. This site uses frames, but check out his music in the Midi pages. He’s got tunes for XM, Mod, GM and GM for the AWE wavetable card. Great work, so check it out!

Very well orchestrated pieces from Kenneth Albin, in a quite a few music genres. “Pegasus” takes you to the stars in that constellation, it certainly did with the undersigned. Several other excellent pieces, so be sure not to miss any of them at his page!

Larry G. Alexander’s is a good Midi composer offering several of his original Midi songs at “The Magnificent Midi’s of Larry G. Alexander ! !” Each of them – like with Rick Alexander below – is presented with very cool graphics. Quite fun and entertaining, so don’t miss neither his music fun site!

Rick Alexander’s got some very well sequenced songs at his page Miditrax, where each song has its own page with great anims and a portion of humour. 🙂 This is good rockin rollin! Have a look and a listen at his very cool page!

Emanuele has composed quite a few very nice pieces in the ballad, new age and soft jazz genre. Great arrangements, and sense of melodies. Listen to his songs at his Web Concert page. From Torino, Italy.
